CATALOGUE:            $ 5.00 each to be paid with entry. There will be one catalogue for both shows

                             Advertisements must be in Word format and ready to print.

EXHIBIT NOS:          A stamped self-addressed envelope must be forwarded with entries for the return

of exhibit numbers.  The same exhibit numbers will be used for both shows.

MEMBERS: PLEASE BRING A PLATE TO ENJOY AT CONCLUSION OF JUDGING

HEAT POLICY:          If the weather forecast on the ABC News at 7.00pm on the day preceding the show is 38 degrees or more the show will commence judging at 7.30am. No refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation. Should the heat policy require implementation the second show will begin immediately after the completion of the first show.
